When reporting a problem, include:

• BenchLine version
• Operating system and version
• Device model, if relevant
• Calculator or workflow used
• Inputs entered
• Expected result
• Actual result or screenshot

Export Support

If you are reporting an export or sharing problem, include:

• File type exported: TXT, PDF, JSON, Preparation CSV, or Plate-map CSV
• iOS version and device model
• Destination app used, such as Files, Mail, or another compatible app
• Whether the native share sheet opened
• Whether cancelling the share action produced an error
