Privacy Policy

BenchLine is designed as a local-first laboratory utility. The app does not require an account, does not include advertising, and does not send calculation history, presets, settings, or active sessions to a cloud service.

Data Stored On Device

BenchLine may store the following data locally on the user's device:

• Saved presets
• Recent calculation history
• Active session state
• App settings and default units

This data remains on the device unless the user exports, shares, backs up, or otherwise transfers it outside the app.

Analytics and Tracking

BenchLine does not include analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking scripts in the app. If website analytics, crash reporting, payment processing, contact forms, or other third-party services are added later, this policy will be updated before those services are used.

Network Use

BenchLine's calculation features are intended to work offline. External links from the app may open BenchLine privacy, support, legal, or calculation-audit resources.

Data Removal

Users can remove saved presets, history, and active session data from the Settings screen under Local Data.

Professional Use

BenchLine supports laboratory calculations for trained users. Results should be independently checked against local SOPs, reagent documentation, instrument settings, and good laboratory practice before bench use. BenchLine is not intended for clinical diagnosis, treatment decisions, or medical device use.
